Please AVOID VODACOM
To whomever may read this. Please avoid Vodacom as a service provider, please rather choose another service provider. It has been my unfortunate situation to be a client of Vodacom for more than 20 years and I can say that Vodacom does not care for their customers, you are literally only a number. After so many previous disasters with them it has now taken more than two weeks and counting to confirm a upgrade and nobody can help because it is another department but they will refer it........ Please save youself the trouble and stay far away from Vodacom. I can only hope that this prevents somebody from dealing with such a frustration.
