We have tried to load data it is not showing Please assist. Please convert 2048 wifi data to airtime on another number please. This was incorrectly sent.

This has been 2 months and still nothing has been done. You have charged me 2 months for a handset that is already paid.
Yet again after how many complaints still not sorted.
I have 3 numbers converted all 3 to the R120 1 gig data for R79. That amounts to R237 per month.
When can someone phone me sort this once and for all.
And credit my bank account.
I had enough of Telkom.
