please assist
<p>Good day. My wife called in to cancel her vodacom contract as the contract was already 24months .we were told to fill in some forms as ther was a refund due as i overpaid .this was done on the 19th July. Could you gve me a update on the status as to what is happening ,contract number that was cancelled is ********** 978. </p>
