Pleas help I love vodacom but it's seem thy don't whant to help on a simpel mistake

I have taking out a cell phone contract for Iphone 11 pro when I took it out there was only a gold one and the people at vodacom told me if a whant a black one or space gray I will have to wait 3 months for it so I took the phone I was not happy it's was gold so I asb if he please can't help to get a divergent one like a space gray or black it's a very expensive phone and expensive contract it's was in the 7 day that a was not happy about it so what now how can I get dis sported out
