Playstation order at vodacom seems like it was just a way for a customer to order something they are unable to get

Vodacom had a black Friday Specials running for us to add a Playstation 5 to our contract, we signed the forms and were told that we would get the playstation the following week. It's been 3 weeks now and all they can say is they don't have stock and that their warehouses are closing, now the gift we planned on giving our son for Christmas won't be possible. We should've been informed that there's a chance we don't get the console before Christmas and have to wait for the following year. I should've just ordered the playstation somewhere else as now I am left very disappointed in vodacom after being a customer for almost 20 years.
