Playing with Poeple Lives

My account was settled and closed a few months ago, Vodacom confirmed that my ITC will be cleared, now all of the sudden my ITC shows that my vodacom account has not been paid for 6 months and is causing me to have a bad ITC record, this was suppose to be the six month since the account was cleared, now I need to wait until you clear up your mistake and wait another 6 months. You are playing with peoples lives by not doing your Job!!!! Fix this now or I will take vodacom to court. I have had enough of your *********** behaviour and staff. Vodacom is a terrible place to work at and the people have no respect and regards for other people. I am awaiting your feedback within the net 24hours.
