****ed Customer

I've just bought a R55 airtime voucher from Checkers Bredasdorp which I completely understand is on their problem. The voucher said the pin was already been used. I phoned Vodacom's Customer Care and spoken to two consultants named Monique and Pomzile and all they can tell me is they cannot help me. They've sent me the parameter of when the voucher was used. I dont care when it was used. I want it fixed, because im not going to waste my money. I bought the voucher on the 10th of October 2018 18H19. I am ****ed due to the fact that Vodacom does not have any clientelle service in their call centres.
