pillar to post .... frustrated

I logged into my profile trying to update it on the vodacom website. The option to update is not available

So I called Vodacom call centre on the 2nd or March to update my information

I was transferred from agent to agent, evenually spoke to the 3rd/4th agent. who advised me that I can go to the Vodashop to update my details (after 10 minutes)

Yesterday, 7th March I go to Fourways Vodashop, to update my details. They said they cannot do this. I need to call the call centre

So i ask them I can pay my account bill at the shop. No they cannot do that either. I need to go to the bank to do that.....

I am furious because i took time off work to sort this out

I ask the gentleman, can you cancel my contract then, surprise surprise, then dont do that either. I was thinking to myself, but i took out my contract at a Vodashop. If i can do this, why cant i do the other normal things.

I left, I called the Vodacom Call Centre again. I spoke to 3 agents from 3 different departments, they advised I cannot update my information through them. The last agent took my details down and said someone will call me .... shock horror ... I am still waiting . I was on the line with Vodacom for 14 minutes on this occasion

I try to create a Vodacom beneficiary on my internet banking profile, As suggested by Vodacom, use you account number. I do that and the format is not acceptable. I ask Vodacom for some information via Direct Message ... NO RESPONSE
