Vodacom is the worst piece of **** service provider ever!!!!

I've been without fibre close to a month and they keep closing tickets and making you wait 48hrs until someone hopefully gets back to you and when they do they have zero clue as to what the issue is and keeping string you along so you have to keep logging new tickets and waiting the 48hrs which takes you to the weekend and when further delays.
