Phones still not delivered after weeks

My contract was due for an upgrade and I ordered 2 phones on vodacom online store. When delivery was made, only 1 phone was delivered and the phone was taken back since the order was incomplete. I went on to change my delivery address and vodacom told me I should wait for that change to be approved. It’s been days since then and nothing has changed. Everytime I call, they always say the matter has been escalated. They told me at the beginning of all this that my phones will take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered yet it’s been weeks on end simply because my address is taking years to get approved. I am very much disappointed and just annoyed at this point. These are my kids Christmas gifts but thanks to you, they’ll get none. If this issue won’t be solved by end of the week, just let me know so I can just cancel the whole thing and get my phones at a more professional establishment. I’m tired of calling day in and out with no changes to this situation whatsoever. How do you have an online store that’s not functional? For a big company like yourself? Your staff is poorly trained as well as they never seem to know what they’re doing everytime I’m on the phone with one. How do you deliver one phone when your system clearly shows that it should be 2?
