Phoneless still
I took in my phone for repairs 4weeks ago it came back after 2weeks with the screen fixed but my speaker was now messed up. I took in my again at VodaWorld last Tuesday 3 August and I'm being told they are still waiting for parts till today? What is going on at the repair center???

11 Sept 2019, 17:39Still not happy... I got my phone today, it is not fixed, I still cannot hear people when I call, only on loud speaker can I speak. When I play music without earphones its quiet. I'm really disappointed with the service Vodacom is giving me after years of being a loyal customer. I'm not going to go through another 2weeks without my phone, so can I please get an alternative route, this has been such an inconveniencing process
