Phoneless for 6 weeks and counting

<p>My cell phone's screen had been jumping, and I gave it in at Vodacom to be repaired. They told me it would take one week. Its been 6 weeks, and every time I call in, I get cut odd after being told they're awaiting parts. This unacceptable as I use my phone for work purposes. I will definitely not be using their contract services from now onwards. </p>
