Phone went missing

To whom it may concern...<br> <br> Good day it has been another year that past and still i have not heard anything from Menlyn or Vodacom where my new blackberry went to... In my previous complaint it has already been a 3 year on going problem and now it has been more than 4 years... i handed in my blackberry at menlyn branch for repairs ( The battery was faulty ) And every time i would contact them there would be a other story that has been told to me and every time they send me a message to tell me the phone is ready for collection i pitch up at menlyn at the vodacom center just to be told that my cellular is not there and there has been a mistake... i am now tired and i am also going to every newspaper in SA and to all the complaint sites that i can find... it has been more than 4 years and menlyn or VODACOM misplaced my new handheld And no one bothered to even help me or to keep me updated... I AM REAL TIRED AND I AM GOING TO CANCEL ALL MY FODACOM CONTRACTS AND SO IS MY WHOLE FAMILY GOING TO DO...
