Phone went for repairs and never came back

I took my samsung s4 for repair of the broken screen of the back camera on the 16/11/14,two weeks later they called and said the phone is ready but when they put put the battery phone could not switch on,they took it again to go and look at what was causing this.Up until today i have not received my phone and when i call them they tell me stories and they are so rude,I have reported this to vodacom customer care,i've sent an email to complaints [Email Removed] but still im still getting stories everyday,ive never been so disappointed in Vodacom as I took my phone to them thinking that they are professionals.Can it take 4 months to repair a phone?
