Phone was not repaired

Good day This is about Vodacom there service and data. I took out a LG G5 April 2016 and since then I have problems with the phone. More than 34 problems on the phone. I took the phone to Vodacom end July/August I was without a phone for 3 weeks only to hear it was a software update. My software updates was up to date and the phone is still not working. The phone is under guarantee/warrantees and I do have assurance on this phone and they just give me back my phone not in working order still. I also gave Vodacom n sheet with all the problems that the phone are giving me and hand it in with the phone. First they guy that was helping us at Vodacom doesn’t want to take it then I insist that he took it and hand it in with the phone. I am paying a lot of money every month for a phone that’s not working. Then second thing data. I am on Wi-Fi the whole time during the day at work and also on Wi-Fi at home but my personal data just disappear the whole time. I keep on buying data sometimes I don’t receive the data but it went off of my account or I buy data know within 2 days my data is gone. What can I do to get my phone fixed?
