Phone under warranty but they refund to assist

I bought a phone from Ackerman under the Vodacom phone last year October 2023, this May 2024 it stopped working having network issues. I took it back for repairs I was told they don’t have parts and they can’t help me I need to buy a new one, I was told the phone has a 1 year warranty and it’s not even 6 months and the phone is working. I’ve been sent from post to post but no assistance. I feel very ****med by Ackerman and Vodacom
