Phone unblocking

I bought 2Huawei P30 online from Vodacom they were delievered on the 1st August on the 5th the other one was grabbed from the child in town my daughter reported it but since that she was using Telkom simcard on that phone by that time she reported to Telkom now they gave Telkom wrong Imei they gave Imei of another P30 which i took when i give her the other one so mine was blocked insyead of the grabbed one i went to Vodacom explaining to them what happened i made the affidavit and gave them my ID copy made of the phone till now the phone is still blocked they want proof of purchase in order for them to unblock it i dnt know where i put please help me bacause they have my everything that shows the phones are mine.
