Phone taken back and forth to repairs.

On the 27th, I got a new phone after paying the access fee. Just after a day of using the I couldn't receive or make calls. I then contact the service center and they couldn't assist me. Took it to the nearest Vodacom Center at Ghandi Square and I was told to take it back to the center that I bought it. A form was filled and was advise that it will be taken back to the supplier to check what's going on, Friday on the 8th I received a message stating that I need to come and collect the phone, I went to the service center on the 10th on Sunday and was told that the phone is still not receiving and making calls as they have tested again and that It was return back to the Supplier. Today I decided to make a follow up again and guess WHAT, phone has been returned again to the supplier for the 3RD time, the phone is still not making outgoing calls and incoming. Since you guys are failing to repair the phone why I'm I not getting a new phone cos I hardly used the phone only used the phone for a day.

I received feedback again from Vodacom 4 U Mall of Africa, the phone had been returned again to repairs. The phone keeps coming back to store with the same faulty. I don't understand why your Repairs Techinician keep on bring the phone back to the store not repaired, now the phone doesn't lie with the network but also it has an issue with charging. There is no way that I'm gonna accept this phone it has been to repairs more than 4 times. I hardly used the phone, the Techinician should just accept that they can't fix the phone and give me a new one. I'm just tired of being given a new JoB number every week. I do give credit to Vodacom 4 U for always keeping me update but your Repairs don't know their story., why do they keep returning the phone back to store with the same issue.

The OBF terms and conditions state that the assessment may take up to 7days. But 25 days has been passed now, without the issue being resolved.
