Phone suddenly out of stock but I was told it was released for delivery

I ordered a Samsung galaxy A10s on Wednesday, got my approval on Thursday. Friday I received a call confirming my order and I was told that the phone had been released for delivery. Today called to follow up on the delivery and I was told the phone is out of stock yet when I placed the order online the phone was still available and need to wait 4 weeks. The phone was not out of stock when i placed the order so why am I being affected by it? I am not happy
