PHONE ****** AND DISPOSED OFF WITHOUT PERMISSION

The charger on my blackberry phone which i upgraded in February stopped working and i took it to Cresta as they have a repair centre on site.i asked LERATO specifically if i needed to download my pictures, contacts and emails from the phone as i didn't want to lose any important information. She said definitely not as it was just a charger repair and not software. I confirmed this with her again. My phone was then sent to the advanced repairs centre (no idea where this is) and i was notified by SMS that it had been exchanged and replaced. I called Cresta to find out when it would be available and what this meant as i had information on the phone that i needed. The manager Paul (after not being available and \stepping out"and not returning my calls\"") told me that Lerato was on leave and that my old phone had been disposed of at the repair centre!!! i told him this was unacceptable as i had specifically asked and been told not to do anything and he said he would follow up with the repair centre and see if he could get my old phone back.
