Phone still not repaired

<p>I originally took my phone to Vodacom Centurion to be repaired. After waiting for a month, I went to go find out how far they were. Only to be told that there was nothing wrong and I could take the phone. </p> <p>At the shop we noticed that the phone is still not working, and they wanted me to complete ALL the paper work again to have the SAME problem fixed. </p> <p>I decided to not go that route - so I took my phone to Vodacom World to have the repairs done. When I collected the phone, I first got it back with no battery (even though they had it when I initially took the phone in for repairs). </p> <p>They then supp**** me with a battery that I'm unsure is mine. At the store they supp**** me with a "new" phone and assured me it will work. </p> <p>After I left and charged the phone - it could still not switch on. </p> <p>This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to drive around to get a Brand New phone fixed! </p> <p>Please call me urgently to get this resolved! </p>
