Phone still not repaired

I post a complaint on 19 January 2016 - today is the 29 january and still no response from Vodacom, but they make sure they debit my ****en account for a phone that i dont have that no one can sort out. USELESS USELESS USELESS .<br> <br> ENDLESS phonecalls, up and down to the the vodacom shops and they cant fix the damn phone
