Phone still not fixed

I have booked my phone in for repairs on 22nd of April , phone was not charging , repairs was done on my phone , but the same problem persists . How can the technician release a phone with the same problem ? Did he not test the device? I have to that's bad service and I am not happy . Now my phone needs to be re booked . All this boil down to incompetence .
