Phone still not at repair center since the 2nd

I have booked my handset in for repairs with Vodacom Standerton shop on 08 August 2015. Today it's the 17th and my handset has not reached Witbank repair center. This is the 2nd complaint that I am raising regarding delays from Vodashop standerton and even now nothing has changed. I called Vodacom repairs call center and they are saying there is nothing they can do I am the one who must communicate with Standerton shop. I regret even buying phones through vodacom and can not wait for my contracts to expire so that I can have no dealings with Vodacom. Especially Standerton. No one seems to deal with escalated customer complaints as I was previously promised that the regional manager will assist. But I never received any response from the manager
