Phone Still ISN'T Fixed!

So I placed a complaint a few weeks back. My mom's phone still hasn't been fixed. Its been a month now, and she still doesn't have the phone. After I placed my complaint, the phone was sent back to the store because Bonnita the consultant hadn't made my mother fill out an insurance claim form. A few days later she called my mom to tell her that Vodacom needs R5000 for the phone to get fixed, this was because there was no insurance claim form filled in! so Vodacare in Polokwane sent the phone back. A few days later my mom went to the store to fill out the insurance forms. When I called again to check on the process, I was told that there is no claim on the phone. So it was sent back again! I just don't understand how hard it is to get a phone repaired. The people who work at the store are *********** & insincere. They phone was booked in a month ago, and they told us that we would get it back after 21 working days! I am so tired of Vodacom Tzaneen. Either the shop goes, or they get people who can do their work! I am so upset with Vodacom. I use up so much money constantly calling them up! this is exhausting!
