phone sold to me while out of stock

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A3 on Tuesday(10/02) through Vodacom on contract. I received a call back to confirm all my details and the person on the phone promised me I would get my phone today(Thursday 12/02) through RAM couriers. I even received my confirmation email with order number Y***. I tried to track it on RAM's website with no results found.<br> <br> I eventually phoned Vodacom this morning and they put me through to a few people and no one could help me. Eventually I went on their website and sent an online chat message to a lady who was quite helpful, she said she would get someone to phone me. A lady phoned me back after a while and told me that the phone is out of stock, and that the person who talked to me on Tuesday \should have"told me that"
