Phone softlocked for no reason

I'm so disappointed about your customer service.you soft locked my phone it's almost a month without any reason.you have being promising to unlocked it but still even today my phone it's still not working.how do you expect someone to work if my phone cannot make any call.i cannot even assess my cellphone banking,my life have stopped because of you..

I can't even call police or ambulance when I'm in a emergency situation because of you guys.

Please do your job and stop making empty promises.
