Phone softlocked for no reason

<p>1. Good day to you, on the month of May 30 2016, my phone got soft locked and I had to wait until the first of June to be automatically be unlocked because thats when my free minutes and data gets replenished. when I woke up on the 1 June 2016, my phone was still locked. I phoned to ask why my phone was still soft locked. the operators at Vodacom informed me that I had used up all my data already - how can that be possible if I went to sleep 31/5/2016 with the phone soft locked and woke up 1/6/2016 with the phone still softlocked ???</p> <p>2. This is not the only problem, I recently got an sms to say "You have used up 70% of your data limit "I switched off my data and phoned Vodacom to top up my data only to find out that I was already R1400 over my limit - how can that be if I never even recieved an sms to say that I have used up all my data and that out of data rates will now apply.</p>
