Phone shop number is not working, No feedbac****

Hi I was assisted by Giovanni in store yesterday for a lost cellphone claim, he advised that he has sent through the claim, however i called cellsure this morning and they advised that the claim has not been received.

Tried calling the landline at the shop but its not working. how is it possible that a Network provider is having phone issues, how are your customers suppose to get a hold of you.
