Phone sent for Repairs now credited but no stock

I sent my phone in for repairs on 25 Oct and tried on numerous occasions to contact Repair Centre Century City on ***, phone rings but nobody bothers to answer it. <br> <br> Eventually received email from Yolande to say phone Huawei cant be fixed and credited so I can choose a different phone. Gave 5 options but when I got there they don't have any of these options available. <br> <br> I went in again on Saturday 14 November and enquired about a loan phone and they don't have that also available. I have been without a phone now for more than 3 weeks. They offered me a P8 but said I must pay in difference of R640 or the J5 and pay in R450. <br> <br> I don't think this is fair and I am not happy with the service I received.
