Note that I haven't receive any respond regarding the complaint logged instead I have receive an email from Dane Larson who told me to call Vodacom repairs head office. I have attached the proof with the detailed info regarding the phone and in don't see any reason for me to call the head office. This needs to be investigated and resolved by the customer complain department. I Dont see any reason for me to go though the link sent fo r Vodacom outlets. I have sent my phone to Vodacom Brooklyn where they happens to have lost it. Cause they can't trace it.
I need answers and please treat this as a matter of emergency.
