Phone send for repairs comes back in pieces

<p>I send my phone for repairs a Sony Aqua M4, the phone worked the one moment the next the screen just died, it still worked just the screen was not working, it came back today with the rear cover falling off and the phone does not work at all anymore, repair centre say the sim reader was misused, this is utter ******* this phone has only ever had 1 sim card in the year I had it, I waiting a month for the phone only to get a totally broken phone back, it does not even switch on anymore, and it is clearly not waterproof anymore due to it falling apart,</p> <p>job number ********** 8, I am utterly dissapointed, the phone had no damage now its in pieces, the sim worked just the screen that was faulty now the phone is dead and in pieces, Cynthia at repairs say I must escalate at the shop? for what? why do you have a call centre I left the phone at the shop I will not take a phone thats in pieces, if you are not fixing it or replacing cancel the contract I refuse to pay for a contract where vodacom broke the phone </p>
