Phone scratched when sent for repairs

<p>I booked a samsung s6 in for repairs as the phone was only working on the vodacom network. The phone was In mint condition as it has been lying in the box since purchase and I only decided to use it now. On the book in page the consultant wrote scratches on back and front lens. I did not see that nor did she point it out as this phone had no scratches at all. When collecting the home button was scratched very badly. When I asked they said I signed for it but I pointed out that it says nothing about the home button. They refused to help. I find it unfair that my phone was scratched and they refuse to take responsibility. </p>
