Phone rings for 38mins
I Phoned in at 18:04 to complain about the network and not being able to send out an email. After holding for 38 minutes AND NO ANSWER, i just hang up. They were quick to ask me to renew my cell contract of aprox R5000 in total per month. Next time i will try MTN.... Even the share price of MTN is better than Vodacom
