Phone repairs under warranty,comes back with quote

Last week I lodged a complaint against Vodacom in regards to repairs. When I booked in my phone the status showed as non-warrant repair which is incorrect cause I only upgraded on the 15th of December 2014. I still haven't received any feedback on my complaint as yet. Now I went on Vodacom website to see that the quote is R4 330 and I should phone Nelspruit to decline or accept the quote. I phoned them and they said the phone has been damaged cause the phone were bent?????!!!!!! How in the hell can an iPhone be bent?????!!!!!! And when I handed in my phone it surely wasn't bent!!!!! I demand an answer from you and if this is not srted out I promise you I am done with Vodacom, I will cancel my contract and I will move to a different service provider. I will also then cancel my wife's contract and move it.<br>
