PHONE REPAIRS TAKING ALMOST A MONTH

I have booked my phone in for repair on the 27th of February by Vodacom Cape Gate. When booking in the phone I specifically told them that I have insurance with Vodacom, and should the warranty not cover the repairs, I want to get it fixed via my insurance. It was sent to Vodacom Repairs Centre Tygervalley. The following week I received a quotation. I phoned Vodacom Tygervalley and rejected the quote and told them to go ahead with repairs via my insurance. The lady there then told me that the insurance rejected my claim. I phoned Vodacom insurance on the 8th of March, and they told me that my phone model which I used and the one on my insurance was two different phones. Imagine my surprise!!! Long story short, Vodacom Tygervalley submitted the wrong form to Vodacom Insurance. I managed to sort it over the phone with them and the claim was approved. On Monday, 13 March, however I receive a sms saying my phone is ready for collection at Vodacom Cape Gate. To my utter dissapointment, when I got to the shop, the phone's repairs was never done and they expected me to pay for the quotation that I rejected. 15th of March I phone Vodacom Insurance again to ask what is going on, but they tell me they can't do anything because the phone needs to be booked in again and the claim needs to be resubmitted. Why??? Why must I now sit for almost a month without a phone because of Vodacom's *********** staff? Why do I pay almost R200 a month insurance and then must wait so long? Why do I pay for a contract by Vodacom and I can't use it due to their mistakes? This is absolutely pathetic.
