Phone repairs take forever but phone still not repaired

Goodday

I sent my phone in for repairs at Vodacom Jabulani mall on Sunday(12 February 2017) as my phone had fallen and the LCD crashed. As the phone is insured i waited for reponse from insurance which took about a week for them to approve the quote given by the repairs centre.

i received my phone back a month later on Saturday(11 March 2017) and all seem well but 2 days later on Monday(13 March 2017) i started noticing the back cover and LCD slowly coming loose and falling apart. As Vodacom takes forever to fix phones and does no even provide loan phones to their insured customers, i could not take the phone in immediatedly until i had a phone which i could use.

I took the phone back in to Vodacom Jabulani Mall on Wednesday(5 April 2017) and received an sms that the approximate time taken for a warranty repair is 2-3days. On Thursday I received another sms that the device had been sent to the advanced repair centre. Today, Monday(10 April 2017) More than 2-3 working days later i call vodacom repairs and i am notified that the device is still at Vodacom Jabulani Mall.

It really upsets me that Vodacom does not put urgency on fixing devices timeously and stick to the time frame provided, further more, why the need for insurance if the insurance will not quality assess what their customers are paying for. It is not ok to be left without a phone for a month yet i claim to have insurance!
