Phone repairs still on back order 24 Working Days

Morning <br> What can i do. My handset is in for repairs from the 29th June 2015 up to today 29 July 2015 the only feedback i am getting is that my phone is on back order for parts.<br> I am a loyal Vodacom user for more then 10 years now and this is the service after my first phone repair.<br> My problem is that i am off the air for a month now due to the fact that i can not get a loan phone, no stock at store.<br> Vodacom state that the TAT time is 21 Days at worse case but like i said its 24 days up to now and still all i hear is that my phone is on back order for parts.<br> This is the mail sent to me...<br> <br> Subject: RE: EC-0WE9-1EIKI2 job nr ***3<br> <br> Good day<br> <br> I have requested priority on the job, we are still waiting for parts from the manufacturer, we apologise for any inconvenience we might have caused.<br> <br> Regards<br> Boitumelo Motsepe<br> What is the the purpose for having insurance then as i am force to go and buy myself a temp phone and do a sim swap to get back on air?<br> Please i am hopeless<br> Regards<br> <br> <br>
