Phone Repairs

Horrible!!!!!! customer service at the vodacom store Fourways mall.

Phone booked for screen repairs, was never attended to by the store for the past 12 days and the store was happy to give it back as it was screen is currently more cracked than before.

Des and Marcus being the store managers did not even attempt to resolve the issue,10 days without a phone and the store could not even provide me with a loan phone.

DES advice the is nothing she can do if the store is still waiting for parts, I can come collect my phone back.

Please book your phone at the vodacom store Fourways the service is Horrible!! the staff there will treat you like a fool.
