Phone Repairs

I sent my phone in for repairs on 11 September with a promise that it will take 7 to 10 work days... I phoned this morning after 10 days is over and Vodacom can still not tell me when my phone will be repaired and available for collection. I got this phone on 16 November 2015, so it's not even 10 months old and it's the second time I had to send my phone in for repairs. 1) I'm upset about it taking so long, I need my phone for countless things - work being one of them. The loan phone can't run the apps I need. 2) I'm upset that I pay so much for a phone that is below par - the sound's volume is low, after it has already been sent for repair, battery life slow and phone overheats, and then it switched itself off and didn't want to switch on again. Now they talk that they are replacing 5 parts - how do I know the phone is not going to give problems again and I will just have to send it in for repairs again and be phoneless for weeks on end.

Would really appreciate it if a Senior can look into this for me - thanks a mill.

Reviewer Update

Guess what, no one made contact with me, My complaint still unresolved.

But Vodacom will debit my account on the 1st for sure, nevermind if they delivered what I pay for or not. Unacceptable in the least.
