Phone Repaires-Job no: ***0, ***8

I'm not happy about the service that I get from Vodacom repairs. I took in my phone for power problem and the did software upgrade on the phone. After collecting my phone I realise the software is not working the BIS is not connecting I cant use blackberry protector to retrieve my contact. while I'm looking at that the speaker is not working I took it back to repairs to fix the speaker the BIS still not working took it in to Data they couldn't help I called 111 for assistance they couldn't help as well. while I'm still struggling with the BIS the speaker not working again I took it back and the technician fix the speaker while waiting and took the phone with me. the following day the phone doesn't want to charge I took the phone back and they send it to ARC they told me that I damage the phone, which I disagree with the I also send them an email and Caroline Kruyshaar rep**** saying that she is waiting for the technician about confirming for exchange and after she never rep**** my emails at all. my phone was working fine all this years but after taking the phone to repairs I discover lot of problems and they send back my phone without repaired. job no: ***5. ***6, ***9
