Phone repair under warrenty

<p>I have a contract with Vodacom for more than 15 years. Never had any issues. Now the first time with a cell phone that is still under warrenty I have experience a big issue. The phone started with a bad micro phone function. Nobody can hear you when you speak. Secondly the phone jack will not work when you want to listen to music on an external device (auxiliry, portable) but works fine when you use ear phones. Thirdly the charing port do not function now when you try to charge the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have send it in for repairs at Secunda Vodacom shop. It was send to Nelspruit workshop and I received back a SMS to say I must pay R1368. I must phone them in two days to except or decline quote. When I asked them why I must pay they said the warrenty is void when the phone was dropped. I laught when I got the news because I know that phone never touched the ground. They send me photos of the marks on the phone. You will laugh when you see the small mark on the side of the phone that they recon caused all the faulds on the phone. I forensic expert will tell you that they are taking fat chances. Please help I will assist in any further investigation to this laughing matter. Purely unproffesional service.
