phone repair service still not attented to

I bought my nokia C5-06 on the 20/06/2015 when in for repairs at vodacom lakeside mall 26/06/2014 job no ***0 iem no *** see job card retured 11/01/2015 on 18/01/2015 went back for repairs job*** returned on 29/01/2015 replaced with nokia lumia 520 iem no *** on 25/02/2015 this phone was sent for repairs job ***8 see job card was collected 12/03/2015 return back for repairs same problem on 11/04/2015 job no ***3 return for the 3rd time withsame problems job ***5 1) this phone has never been repaired 2) i did not ask for this type of phone 3) i will not accepted this phone again 4)as far as concerned this nokia lumia is the biggest rubish on earth 5) i got a sms on from candice perterson that she will contact me but i never got a call from her 6) i got a loan phone on 19/4/2015 from vodacom it did not work i took it back to vodacom they changed the battery only to get back home to put it on charger but still never worked this was on 19/04/2015 phoned vodacom again 20/04/2015 and explained to them what was wrong then the manager jason will contact me back and arrange to bring me a replacement well i never got a call from jason whom is th
