Phone repair poor diagnosing sm-925f

I have been giving my phone in at this repair Centre for almost two months now.<br> And they still did not rectify the problem with network communication issues.<br> I also gave in papers explaining what the phone does an still could not rectify the problem. <br> I hope I get my phone back soon fixed or a replacement because this is poor service.
