Phone repair four times

Job *** Send Sony M 2 Aqua in four times in 4 months same problem For 2 years I will have only 1 years just of the phone because 2 week of a month the phone is in for repairs, I want the phone replace for new one<br> After many email they don't come back to me or speak to me when I phone<br> <br> This is one of the emails I send to them<br> <br> I handed my phone for the forth time in at Vanderbijlpark <br> This is Unacceptable I don't want this phone back ( No Sony M2 Aqua anymore <br> for me ) I rather take another phone and pay a amount in . If you don't solve this <br> problem then I want my contract cancelled so that I can go to another <br> Cell company where I get a better service <br>
