phone repair

My phone came back from repairs not vibrating, went to vodacom and was told they would help me i stood on the quee for on site repairs for 1h15min. and was told that they cant help me have to book my phone in or take it to voda care. What a waste of my day waited more than 1hr for nothing. Not happy with my phone provider wish i could change networks now?
