Phone Repair

<p>Unfortunately my sony xperia fell fell and the screen and the back side glass cracked; I took my phone to Vodacom Shop at EastGate mall. The technician told me that Vodacom insurance will contact me about the excess fee to pay; I haven't recieved any call from them and i do not know how long it will take to get my phone back...it has been 7 days now since i submitted my phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to this, i recently claimed my ****** iPhone 6 and haven't heard anything from insurance guys as well. Vodacom your service is pathetic beyond description ...the sooner my contract ends the better...am no longer doing business with you. </p>
