Phone repair

I have experienced some problems with my phone recently, the device suddenly just switches off even thought the battery is charged. The device is just under warranty (expiry 1 August 2015), so I booked it in for repairs at a branch. The phone was returned, apparently fixed and with new software. Just the next day I experienced the same problem, which continued for a while until I decided to book it in again, this time directly at the repair centre, because I was advised for a shorter turnaround time.<br> <br> My phone was sent to the \Advanced Repair Centre"and when I collected it"
