Phone rendered unusable after Repair
Job No: ***7 - ***6
Invoice No: ***-55

Good Day. I submitted my BlackBerry Q10 (still on Vodacom 24 month Contract) on 25/09/2015. i was charged R228.22 for what i was told, was a new battery.
On my invoice, i noted that the battery cost R95.19 and i paid a labor charge of R105, under warranty???

I received the phone with the ffg grievances
A dirty piece of plastic replaced my older clean screen guard which i had from day one,
The keyboard has been rendered unusable, buttons are sticky and typing is a nightmare
The black protective piece beneath the battery has a ripple like it was hurriedly put back together
The apps launch automatically and i have to keep closing them
The NFC feature activates when I put in and remove the phone from the protective cover

My suggestion is to kindly root out the technicians who are not keen to work and those who have no experience in what they are doing. maybe introduce a workmanship rating option. if you are unsure , then send these units back to the manufacturer.

I'm actually rethinking my upgrade
