Phone problems

Ive upgraded 2-3 weeks ago from vodacom and used the phone for 2 days. I sent the phone back to get replaced because the phone was giving problems. it was freezing most of the time and the phone was rebooting by itself. now that it was sent back to the shop they dont want to replace my phone. I cant pay a phone cotract that i dont even have and cant use....
